I have been a student of the Diamond Approach since 2014 and I have been engaged with spiritual teachings since the late 1990's.I work as a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist and transformational coach with an emphasis on embodied-relational work. Spiritual Mentoring
I offer online and in-person meetings with dharma students to support their meditation practice and exploration of the path. Each relationship is unique but the following may give a flavour of many the possibilities this work can offer:
An embodied exploration and inquiry into your immediate experience as a doorway to freedom
Support for the process of transformation
Deepening and integrating spiritual and psychological insights
Meditation guidance and support
Mentoring is ideally an ongoing relationship but shorter-term work is also possible. My mentoring work draws on the teachings and traditions that have been part of my own journey.

Dana
Dana, an ancient Pali word meaning generosity or giving, is a voluntary expression of appreciation and gratitude. The principle of Dana maintains a tradition that has enabled teachings of liberation to be passed on for over 2,500 years.Dana offers those who value the practice of meditation the opportunity to help in the continuation of this tradition. It is a practice that diminishes self-centredness and includes the well-being of others in our actions. There is no correct sum to give. The amount depends upon your ability to give and how your heart is moved.Any offering you make supports the life and sustainability of the Dharma teachings, and supports myself and other lay teachers to teach in this way.
